Message and data rates may apply to your use of SMS campaigns with Ideal Physiques LLC. Contact your mobile service provider to learn more about any charges that may apply.
We value your privacy and will not sell or share your contact information with any third parties for marketing purposes. We may, however, share your contact information with service providers who help us send text messages or who provide other services related to SMS campaigns.
By agreeing to these terms and participating in SMS campaigns with Ideal Physiques LLC, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the mobile number provided or that you have the necessary permission to authorize SMS communications. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ideal Physiques LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of SMS campaigns.
We may modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of SMS campaigns with Ideal Physiques LLC constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
Comments
