HOW TO TAKE PROGRESS PHOTOS
What to wear:
Females: Preferably in a bikini (nothing stringy please)
Males: Shorts or compression shorts total of
3 Pictures
Front: Arms to your side
Side: Arms elevated in front of you (shoulder height)
Back: Arms to your side
Note: Please take photos in the same spot with natural lighting if possible. The clearer the pics the easier it is for your coach to help determine the next steps in your plan.
